Phase I of Juci Technology's Inner Mongolia Production Base Officially Commences Operations

On May 26, the Phase I production base of Juci Technology (Inner Mongolia) was officially completed and commenced operations in the Hohhot Economic and Technological Development Zone. This milestone marks the launch of large-scale commercial production of high-purity nitride electronic ceramic materials, filling a critical void in Hohhot's high-end electronic ceramics sector and catalyzing the upgrading of the city's electronic information and new materials industries.

Mr. Guan Junkai, Chairman of Juci Technology, and Mr. Shi Lei, General Manager, attended the commissioning ceremony.

Aluminum Nitride (AlN) powder is a core thermally conductive and insulating material essential to strategic emerging industries, including semiconductors, new energy vehicles, and 5G communications. For a long time, the core technologies in this field remained under overseas control. As an industry-leading enterprise, Xiamen Juci Technology Co., Ltd. is the first company in China to achieve large-scale mass production of aluminum nitride powder. Possessing key proprietary technologies, the company maintains a leading position in the sector.

In September 2024, Juci Technology formalized its partnership with the Development Zone through an official agreement to establish the Inner Mongolia production base, focusing on the R&D and manufacturing of high-end electronic ceramic materials.

The newly operational Phase I project features four fully functional AlN production lines. With an annual capacity of 600 tons of AlN micron powder and 250 tons of AlN granulated powder and thermally conductive filler powder, the project is projected to generate an annual output value of RMB 250 million upon reaching full capacity.

Looking ahead, Juci Technology will continue to deepen technological R&D and strengthen innovation-driven growth while steadily expanding production capacity. Building on its established leadership in aluminum nitride, the company will extend its expertise to other nitride material systems through the vertical integration of​ the industrial chain from raw materials to components. By continuously expanding applications in new energy, electronics, and beyond, Juci aims to build a world-leading R&D and production platform for nitride materials.
